Refund Policy

We are grateful that you bought our courses. We guarantee that our customers will have a great and satisfying experience when they explore, assess, and purchase our courses, regardless of whether they are searching for instructor-led or self-paced training.

Like any other online purchasing experience, there are limitations and restrictions on our refund policy. When you buy one of our training courses, you agree to our terms of use, refund policy, and privacy policy.

For Classroom Training:

To qualify for a refund, you must:

submit your refund request within 7 days of purchasing your course
have consumed less than 25% of the video-learning content
have not attended more than one (1) Classroom class
and not requested any exam voucher or kit

Refund requests that do not comply with these standards will be declined and no reimbursement will be given.

University Partnered Programs / Bootcamps:

You have seven days from the start date of the regularly scheduled class (live or recorded, depending on the situation) to submit your refund request in order to be eligible for one, whether you attended or not. Refund requests that do not comply with this condition will be denied and no reimbursement will be given.

Centuera retains the right to reschedule or cancel a class or session for University Partnered programs and Classroom instruction in the event of unforeseen circumstances. Any cancelled class or session will be rescheduled by Centuera.

Cancellation & Refunds: For CSM, CSPO, PSM, PSPO programs

In the event of any unforeseen circumstances, we have the right to reschedule, cancel, or relocate a class [if appropriate].
